You can email your clients an unlimited amount of fabrics at one time. When on the detail page of a fabric that you want to email, click [Email This Fabric].

This will add the fabric to your outgoing email list. You can go ahead and email just this one fabric, or you can continue adding fabrics to the email by clicking on [Continue Shopping].

Once you have added all the fabrics you want to email, you click on [Email Fabric].

If you are logged in, the first two lines will be filled in with your name and email address. You will need to fill in the email address of the person you are sending the fabrics to and you can add a personal message. Then click [Send Email].

Below is what the email will look like. It will only show the fabric and the description. The price will not come through. The system will also send a copy of the exact same email back to you (to the email address in the Your Email field above) for your records.

When fabrics are emailed, all that shows up on the email is the picture of the fabric and the description that is on the web. Price, etc. does not show up.

When you click on the fabric or the name of the fabric, it links back to that fabric on the website. If you are not logged in to the website, you will not see the prices.

If you are logged in to the website on that computer, you will see the prices.

The email address doesn't matter. What matters is whether or not you are logged in to the website on the computer you are using.
